((( with ))) Mike Apirion Please also visit www.mikeapirion.com Mike Apirion is a singer/songwriter/guitar enthusiast from St. Louis Mo. He has worked and recorded with a wide variety of talent. He has enjoyed singing and playing guitar for Devon Allman, Andre Cymone, John Mcgloughlin, Adam Reichmann and El Monstero. He is most recognized for writing and performing his own songs. His influences are mostly roots and soul music but he has and will continue to defy categorization by writing and producing what he feels a need to express. He consistently surprises his fans and irritates his management by his lack of concern for staying marketable with one style. Yes, he has released a Jam Band Collaboration followed by a Heavy Metal/ Punk album and then his latest a heavily Van Morrisson influenced self titled album. He realizes that most of his fans are more into certain styles he has produced as it is reflected in the sales. Still he stands by his reasoning that doing what “just happens” will keep the stuff that sells real and fresh. I will give him that. While he is hard to pin down, he is never dull.
